Faith in the Age of Anxiety

We live in a world of social distancing, health hazards, economic uncertainty, media omnipresence, information overload, and identity tribalism. The resulting stress takes a toll on the health of individuals and society. Unseen majorities struggle to find their place in the chaos of things. We all seek connection, meaning, grounding, and balance in our lives; and in this search we can benefit from the blessings of religious life.
