Photo Your Faith: You entered the contest. Now What?
You’ve submitted your entry about finding God in the world, you prayed, and consulted the holy scriptures, and now you want to know what’s next for the Photo Your Faith Contest. Here’s a brief look at the next stage of the contest.
1) Help vote for your fan favorite
Now that the contest is officially closed, the Faith Counts team will select and announce the top 9 photos from the contest on Monday, Oct. 18. Then you’ll be able to use your voice not just to share your faith story, but to vote for your fan favorite on FaithCounts.com. Your opinion matters.
The Fan Favorite Winner will receive $5,000 and will be chosen based on the popular vote.
2) Await the judges’ picks
Faith Counts’ diverse panel of multi-faith judges will then choose the Grand Prize winner. The Grand Prize winner will receive $10,000! The winners will be announced towards the end of October.
3) Have a positive attitude
Whether or not you win a prize, you have already won the gift of courageous faith. Every single one of us has a voice that needs to be heard in this world and stepped out on faith and shared yours. This within itself is priceless. We hope you will continue sharing your unique and inspiring faith story.
